Dan A. Von Behren, CPA, MA, President & Managing Director began providing CFO Services to companies in 1999. He previously served as a financial and operating executive in a Fortune 100 company for over 15 years where he served in many roles that encompassed restructuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as worldwide financial and administrative responsibilities. He has also served in other executive roles including President, COO and General Manager. Mr. Von Behren has a unique blend of having worked in a large company and also profitably growing businesses ranging in size from $25M to $250M in revenue.

Dan found increased demand for interim and part-time CFO and other Executive Services and founded CFO Services, LLC in 2006 so he could offer these services to a broader range and magnitude of companies. He has since added several partners while CFO Services has grown to serve over 30 clients including private equity companies, investment banking firms and privately owned companies. 2015 marked the year that CFO Services, LLC provided M&A transaction support services for over $1B in transactions ranging in size from $10M to $100M.
